As one of the largest events in the modeling and entertainment industry approaches, it's easy to forget that one of the common criticisms of the industry is that it's hard to break into and even harder to gain access to the people who will help your career. This event has helped launched the careers of so many, including Jessica Biel of "7th Heaven," Eva Longoria of "Desperate Housewives" and Ashton Kutcher, who will now be replacing Charlie Sheen on "Two and a Half Men." And, Nijah is right in the thick of it.
